Do you feel like you’re working endless hours, yet accomplishing nothing?

Do you get a lot of “tasks” done, yet see no results? No traction? No increased income?

Do you finish a long "work" day, then feel guilty as hell while you watch an episode of Scandal because you "should" be working some more? (But you don't even know what on...?)

Well, lucky for you, I specialize in helping people get themselves out of this endless loop of “busywork” and on their way to Productivity Central…. A universe where even the busiest and most successful online business owners can find time for Netflix, vacations, date nights and even shaving their legs without ever feeling a sense of overwhelm, confusion, guilt or shame about being behind on their work! (Yes, it does exist!)

It may even make you feel.... dare I say it... caught up? ;)

But before I can teach you how to make this possible, you need to first understand why you’ve gotten yourself into this endless cycle of busywork in the first place. Once you know, it’s easier to fix.

Here’s why you might be keeping yourself busy vs. actually being productive.

REASON #1: You’re afraid to put yourself out there. You procrastinate by spending way too long on behind-the-scenes tasks so you can tell yourself that you’re being “productive”, instead of working on “scarier” tasks that make your business more visible, like marketing and engaging with your audience. (If you didn’t really try, you can’t really fail, right? *Insert annoying buzzer sound here*. You’re better than that!)

REASON #2: You’re lacking clarity. You don’t have a plan in place because you aren’t exactly sure what you’re working towards, what makes you stand out, why people will buy from you, what you’re selling etc. You’re constantly comparing yourself to others and you might even change your mind about your business every other week. It’s no wonder that you don’t know what to work on!

If you resonated more with Reason #1, then check out this post here before coming back to this one.

So, what’s the solution to all this "busywork"?

*Drumroll Please*........ An action plan!

Girlfriend, if you feel busy but not productive, then you don't have an action plan.

Sure, you may have a couple scribbles of a plan written on pieces of paper around your desk. You may have an “idea” in your mind about when you would like to have something done, or when you’re thinking of launching your next blog post, or maybe even a set date on your calendar for when you want to launch your new course.

But, if you don’t have a calendar full of work hours, weekly tasks, checklists and due dates for at least 3 months of your business planned in advance, then honey, you ain’t got no action plan… You’ve got a whole lot of wasted time!

Now, what’s the most common reason why lovely online business owners such as yourself do not have an action plan in place? It’s the C-word, and you’re not gonna like it.

(No, not that word!)

I’m talking about CLARITY!

And why wouldn’t you like the word clarity? Because this little word is something that, whether or not you realize it, has likely been haunting you for months… if not years… because you haven’t had it.

Clarity is truly the most beautiful gift in the world. Feeling 100% certain about your goals, your purpose, your business, your life. The peace of mind that comes with having clarity is unlike any other.

But without it? Running a business can feel like absolute torture

From decisions as small as “What should I write about on my blog this week?” to as large as “What should I create a signature course about?” and “What should I price my 1-on-1 coaching sessions at?” and most of all, “Where should I be spending my time?”, if you’re lacking clarity then by all means, your attempts at success surely feel like throwing spaghetti at the wall. There’s no doubt that after a while, that shit gets exhausting!

Wouldn’t it be nice to just know exactly what the long term purpose of your business is?

To make traction every time you sit down at your desk?

To watch your business grow more and more each month, instead of wondering what the hell your finances are going to look like 6 months from now because you literally have no idea?

(Again, that feeling is the worst.)

I’ve created an entire 6-week course to solve this exact problem. It’s called Clarity & Prosperity and in it, I walk you through a step-by-step process for getting total clarity on your business (and life) goals and then creating an action plan (right down to the schedule in your calendar) on how to bring these goals to life.

The end result? Knowing exactly what to work on and when, feeling 1000% clear and confident about your business, having the ability to easily make decisions, staying focused on bringing your goals to life, consistently gaining traction and of course, making more money… Oh, and binge-watching all the Netflix you want, as long as it’s after hours!

In a nutshell, my course teaches you how to be the CEO you were born to be. (And no, that CEO doesn’t do busywork!)

Wanna learn more about Clarity & Prosperity?

Clarity & Prosperity only opens it’s doors a few times a year, but in the meantime, here are some steps you can take to gain clarity in your business and finally put together an action plan that makes sense for you, your lifestyle and your business goals.

(And having that? Well that's the best feeling ever!)

Here’s How To Be Productive Every Time You Sit At Your Desk (And Say Goodbye To Busywork Forever):

I'd like to start by saying that I am a huge fan of journaling, meditating, going for walks in nature and anything else that allows me to simply think about things without the distractions of the outside world. For some of these tasks, you may choose to be alone. For others, you may want to do your research or talk to your hubby. Either way, discover these answers and you’ll be well on your way to finally being productive!

  1. Decide what success looks like for you in your personal life. What's your dream life?
  2. Decide what success looks like for you in your business. What's your dream business?
  3. Decide what goals you want to accomplish within the next few months of your dream business.

Tip: Watch your wording on your goals! This is very important. I prefer goals that are work-oriented, not results-oriented, because you can control your effort on your goals, but not the outcome.

For example, a good goal would be: Launch my first course with my best effort possible in order to learn how to do a proper launch.

A bad goal would be: Get 100 people to sign up for my first course.

100 people = a lot of pressure, whereas launching with your best effort possible in order to learn more? Totally doable.

  4. Break down your goals into smaller, actionable steps.
  5. Put a plan on paper to get your started on your goals over the next few months.
  6. Put your plan in your calendar and decide how long it will take you to achieve your goals (and make set business hours!)
  7. Have a CEO-worthy work ethic! This includes scheduling proper work hours on your calendar and sticking to that schedule. Remember to work during work hours and playing during play hours. It trains your body & mind to get into the work zone more efficiently, and eliminates stress and guilt when taking time off.
  8. Make a conscious choice to eliminate “shiny objects” and distractions from your life, including new ideas/business ventures etc.
  9. Review your goals at least once per week to make sure you’re on the right track. Distractions happen easily! Checking in with yourself is very important.

Golden Rule: Once you have clarity on what your dream life + dream business look like, you must only work on tasks that get you closer to your goals!

(And give all other distractions a big old “Bye Felicia!”)

Learning to eliminate distractions and stay laser-focused on the tasks at hand can be difficult. It is in our human nature to get easily distracted, get bored of our ideas, doubt ourselves and do what we feel like vs. doing what we know we should be doing in order to get ahead.

The question is, how badly do you really want it?

If you want it badly enough, you’ll keep your eyes on the prize and do what it takes to bring your dream life, and dream business, to fruition.

If you don’t, then you may need to rethink your goals and instead go for something that you can really get excited about.

In the end, having clarity, an action plan on your calendar and of course, a CEO-worthy work ethic will help you make big moves in your business and eliminate the "busywork" for good.

I can’t wait to see what you accomplish!
